Bird Weighing System
If mobility is required then the SP-1 is an ideal
system, a single platform is attached to a portable control unit.
The platform comes with 10m of lead as standard but can be extended
on request.
The controller can be programmed with the actual time, age of bird,
percentage acceptance and target weight. Every 24 hours the inbuilt
printer will print the age of the birds, total birds weighed,
average weight, percentage evenness, standard deviation and
coefficient of variation.
The target weight will increase each day automatically by taking
today's average as tomorrow's target.
The DP-2 has the ability to work with two platforms and can be
either a permanent installation or portable. Each platform can be
programmed for age of birds, percentage acceptance and target
weights and will print the data as in the SP-1 for both platforms,
or, the platforms can be linked together to give the average data of
the two platforms.
The 8010 Controller is the most versatile and easy to use weigher on
the market today, with the ability to monitor up to 10 separate
platforms with distances in excess of 500 metres from the
controller.
Features: a time/memory backup on mains failure, and a
robust, splash-proof design, a large, alphanumeric backlit display
and key panel with oversized touch buttons.
Reducing your costs and increasing your operational efficiency
Each platform can be independently set for bird age, target weight,
house or pen number. Information will be stored for up to 8 days
within the controller's memory, and data can be downloaded to a
printer, PC modem or datapod at any time, as well as being available
for daily visual checks.
